Guidelines for final submission, the final version of accepted papers for oral presentations at the conference.

Need to be prepared as follows:

1. Please modify your paper according to the reviewer's comments and read the below comments carefully.
2. Change the format of the paper and references that comply with IEEE conference regulations. We prefer 'A4' template. The final format can be found at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
3. Do not forget to insert Authors' names and Affiliations.
4. Before creating your PDF, please add the following copyright notice to the footer of the first page of your document (In the lower left corner, See example )


• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is :
U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is :

5. Prior to submitting your final paper, authors are invited to resubmit the full paper using IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure compatibility with IEEE Xplore´s formatting (and how to fix the PDFs if they are not).
• Please visit https://ieee-pdf-express.org
• Click "Create account" at the bottom of the login form. Enter the following:
• 58229X for the Conference ID
• your email address and a password
• Continue to enter information as prompted.
• An online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
6. Upload the camera-ready file using the "Final manuscript" icon.
7. After uploading the final camera-ready paper, please continue to complete the on-line Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (Online).
8. The authors must ensure that the paper has correct grammar and is thoroughly spell-checked.
9. Your camera-ready version in PDF must be submitted via https://edas.info/N30275 before 30 April 2023. Submissions will not be accepted after this date.
