Registration Guidelines:

   1. For an accepted paper to be presented and, following presentation, be included in the proceedings/IEEE Xplore® at least one author must be registered and attend JCSSE 2023 in-person. Please register and upload the documents via EDAS system. An official receipt of the JCSSE 2023 conference registration fee will be issued on the day of the conference.
   2. Each registration fee can cover ONLY 1 paper. Virtual presentations are NOT allowed.
   3. Every accepted paper must be linked to a registered person. Any paper not linked to a registered person by May 28th 2023 will be withdrawn from the technical program and IEEE Xplore®.
   4. To be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of a paper is required to physically attend and present his/her paper at the conference venue. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (i.e. removal from IEEE Xplore®), if the authors fail to do so.
   5. To receive member rates, IEEE/ECTI members may submit proof of membership into EDAS during registration (e.g., a copy of their membership card). Nonetheless, the identity on the IEEE member document must match that of the registrant.
   6. The acceptance of the complete registration will be acknowledged via email to the designated corresponding author.

Currency & Payment:

   All conference transactions shall be denominated in Thai BAHT. The conference accepts payment by credit cards or bank transfer. There will be 500 Baht processing fee for credit card payment/transaction/paper. Registration payments must be received before June 15th, 2023. All transfer/card fees are the responsibility of the author.
Existing registration records cannot be transferred to other papers or people.

Note:

   - Each paper must have at least one author register for and then attend the conference. Each registration fee can cover ONLY 1 paper.
   - *Conference gifts for the regular registration is subject to availability.
   - Participants who have registered will be eligible to attend tutorials and workshops on Wednesday 28th June 2023 without charge (subject to available seats). The topics for the tutorial and workshop are to be announced on the JCSSE2023 website.

Refund Policy

   Registration fees are non-refundable.

   • The processing fee for each credit card transaction is 500 Baht/transaction/article.

Non-Presented Paper (No Show) Policy

   The JCSSE 2023 has a "no show" policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program, who do not attend and present at the conference will be added to a "No Show List," compiled by the Society. The "no show" papers will NOT be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore®.
   Exceptions to this policy will be made by the Technical Program Chair of the conference only if there is evidence that the no show occurred because of unanticipated events beyond the control of the authors, and every option available to the authors to present the paper was exhausted. The no show authors may appeal the decision of the Technical Program Chair.

Required documents for registering

   Please fill details of your registration information via EDAS. Prepare the following documents for uploading to EDAS:
   1. IEEE/ECTI member (if any)
   2. Evidence of Payment of Registration Fee (such as payment slip, etc.)

Registration Processes

For Authors:

   1. Make a payment using your desire methods (see the “Methods of Payment” section.
   2. Login into EDAS using your EDAS ID.
   3. Go to your manuscript that you want to register, then click on the icon to open the registration form.

   4. Please provide all required information in the registration form and upload all required documents (see above) and, finally, hit the ‘SUBMIT answers’ button.

For Participants:

   1. Make a payment using your desire methods (see the “Methods of Payment” section.
