1. Refund Agreement

    Notification of registration cancellation must be sent only by email to jcsse2023@gmail.com. The conference host reserves the right to refund the registration fee received after the conference first date, June 28, 2023. All paid registration fee will be refunded, except for the processing fee and a 30% administrative charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the conference event.

2. Payment Agreement

    Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment according to the conference rates before attending the conference event. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees. All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at payment source in addition to the Registration Fees.
    Outstanding payments may be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the conference account on time.
